Leasing Policy

Sun Brite Supply can arrange lease financing for any equipment purchase $1000 or more, and the buyer usually has to have been in business for more than one year. But there are different programs available for new pressure washing companies. The rates are competitive, and the application can be processed right on the phone within minutes. Please call us for details.

Pricing Policy

Prices found in our stores are for Contractors Only! Homeowners, please call our store to get retail pricing. All prices are subject to change without notice. We accept all major credit cards, and check-by-fax from known customers.

Orders will have exact shipping and handling charges applied when we ship your order.

Please don't be offended, but orders from first-time customers may take a few moments longer to process. Due to the sheer number of credit card problems these days, we have to limit the size of orders from customers we don't know yet. We also verify that the "ship-to" address of orders from new customers matches the billing address for their credit card. Forgive us for being cautious. We will get to know ya'll soon enough, though, so don't be concerned.

Most customers find our prices so low that, even with shipping costs added, we charge much less than other dealers.

Most of our clients on the East Coast prefer to visit the Maryland store to pick up what they need every couple of weeks or once a month, to save on shipping costs and delays. They also receive free samples of our products and valuable hands on support and information at our store.

The automated on-line store is not run by us. Therefore; we cannot offer support for online sales or purchases.

Once an order has been placed on-line you will receive shipping information from the shipping department.

Products ordered on-line are shipped within 24 hours and will usually arrive in 7 business days depending on inventory.

Most pressure washing products are considered "Hazardeous Material" by shipping companies and will cost considerably more than our standard in store prices.

We highly recommend that you weigh in your shipping costs, time till delivery and the value of our customer support before ordering online. Our on-line prices are un-matched by others but the best values are found In-Store!

Non-US Orders

All transactions are in U.S. dollars. Customers outside of the U.S. who pay by credit card will have the total charge converted automatically to U.S. dollars by their credit card company.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases from us. Please let us know right away if you have any problems or questions about any SBS purchase.

Unopened and unused products may be returned to the store it was purchased from for store credit by contacting Sun Brite to arrange for a Return Goods Authorization and further instructions. NOTE: No credit will be given for any item returned to us without our prior authorization. Sorry, but freight costs are not refundable.
