What is an affiliate program?
An Affiliate Program allows you to place links to our products on your web site. By placing these links, visitors to your site have the opportunity to buy products. If a product is purchased through a link on your web site, we pay you a commission for each sale.
Why should I join?
There are many reasons to become an affiliate. Becoming an affiliate is free, and you'll make money with very little effort. As an affiliate, you add valuable content to your site while partnering with a recognized industry leader.
Can I purchase products through my own affiliate link?
Yes. Any affiliate member can purchase Sun Brite Supply merchandise using their affiliate links. This will enable you to earn a 2% rebate on your own supplies!
I operate more than one web site. Can I still be an affiliate?
Yes. You can have multiple sites within one affiliate account that allows you to track the progress of sales from all your sites in one easy location.
Is my web site eligible to participate?
Most sites qualify to participate in the program but we do reserve the right to refuse membership at our discretion.
What are your responsibilities as an affiliate?
The only responsibility is to use the affiliate links we give you for your site. If desired you may also create banners or other features that visitors can use to enter our store. We take care of everything else.
What is our responsibility?
We provide you with the tools and support you need to maximize sales through your site. We also handle orders, shipping and billing for all customers you refer to us.
How do I create links?
Sun Brite Supply will provide you with a unique tracking code you can use to create text links, banners or product links on your site. Visit this page for examples that other affiliates use.
Where do I place the links?
You should place the links where they are easy for visitors to find, on your homepage or any other high traffic area. It's completely up to you.
How often should links be updated?
You should update the links as often as possible. Creating new links targeting the interests of your visitors will increase sales from the program.
What is the potential to earn in commissions?
We can't predict how much you will earn from an affiliate program because we don't know anything about your web site or your visitors. However, some affiliates that have maximize
the potential of the program have earned significant commissions with very little work.
How do I keep track of commissions?
Using an affiliate link, you can access reports that provide information on impressions, click through's, orders, shipments and commissions earned.
How often do I get paid?
We will send you a check for a percentage of the sales you referred to our site every calendar month, provided you earned more than $50. Amounts under $50.00 will be rolled over to the following month until the $50.00 minimum is reached.
How much do I get paid in commissions?
2% of all sales that result from using your trackable affiliate link.
How will you know that the orders came from my site
All links from your site to our site must contain your unique identifier so that every time a user comes to us via your site, our system will automanically credit your account.
How do you handle returns?
If a customer returns a product, or if a credit card charge is reversed due to a dispute, your account will be debited for any money earned on that transaction.
